Instructions

1. First go anywhere that has a wall and a grapple-able place.
2. Next, position yourself so that your back is towards the wall.
3. Then hold L and strafe to the side.
4. Right when link tilts his body to the side pull out your hookshot/longshot. Link should be moving up and down slightly.
5. Then turn towards the wall and grapple on whatever you want to clip thourgh.

Result

You can clip through almost any wall that has a grappling point.

Notes

The way to see if Link is moving up and down is to turn towards the wall once you pull your hookshot/longshot out.

Also this can be done underwater in the same way.
